Carnaval 2006 - Cara
Seeing Cara was a total surprise. She had moved away I think over a year ago, maybe longer, and I hadn't seen or really spoken to her since. At Carnaval, suddenly the crowd opened up and BOOM, there she was with her sister and we all screamed and hugged. It was really nice to see her. She hasn't changed a bit!
Cara wore this fabulous outfit of purple DUCT TAPE and yarn with matching furry bags and shoes. She and her "crew" wore originally supposed to be all the colors of the rainbow, but then all but three backed out, so they were left with yellow, purple and green! CARNAVAL COLORS!! :) How cool is that? What a happy accident.

Cara strikes a pose

I loved their little furry purses and their matching shoes. They were SO coordinated; they looked fantastic!
Here's a photo Cara sent me of the three "colors" together. The rainbow would have been beautiful, but this is still gorgeous!
