Now I present the GLORY THAT IS J9!!!
You might be wondering, why is J9 in the stairwell? Well, I'll tell you - IT'S THE ONLY PLACE SHE COULD STAND UP!!! I'm not kidding, her headdress was so tall that she couldn't stand up in the hall!! CRAZY, I know, but it's the truth. So, here we are in the glamourous stairwell, taking photos of J9 and everyone. :)
But back to her costume. Her theme was "spring", and I think she did a super job of it. Her headdress was two feet tall if it was an inch. I have no idea how much it weighed, but she has promised to let me try it on so I'll report back at a later date. She used a TON of flowers from her head to her shoes. Even her pasties were flowers (more on that below). I think she outdid herself and I am SO thrilled with her results.

OK, so I mentioned earlier about the false eyelashes....check these out. TOP AND BOTTOM of ones that were only meant to be tops. This takes real eyelash skill, let me tell you. Ah, it seems like only yesterday that I was teaching J9 how to put on her VERY FIRST pair of false eyelashes and now look, my little girl has gone and grown up into an EYELASH DIVA. It does a Drag Queen Mother's heart good. Sigh. :)
I just know J9 loves it that I put a closeup this big of her boob. :) But seriously, check out her pasties AND her cool mermaid tattoo, who only really gets to come out and play at Carnaval. I think it's neat that we both have mermaid tattoos, but that they're so different.
