Me and Amanda. I cut the other girls out because I hate them! No, not really. :) It wasn't a very flattering photo of either Marlene or Wendy, so I just used Amanda and me, because we looked pretty good, don't you think? Happy, if nothing else!
Sondra, me and Cara. They were SO SWEET to drive all the way to Round Rock to see me dance. (Pennina was going to be there, but she had to go help her boyfriend, whose car had broken down. I totally understood, but we missed her!) Cara thought it would be really funny to stare at my chest during this photo, and when I saw it later that night, I cracked up laughing! (Cara has recently moved to Dallas - WE MISS YOU ALREADY!!! Look for photos soon of her going-away party.)
Daddy, me and Mom. Daddy always jokes about trying to put dollar bills down all the girls' outfits (totally verboten). Silly Daddy. They, too, drove all the way from SAN MARCOS to see me dance. I love my parents. They haven't missed a show yet. Note the books in their hands? :) That's where you can find them, sitting and reading before the show!
Dennis and Dell (Dennis is my old boss - wait, maybe he's just OLD! :) ) also came to see me. Dell (especially) had a great time. I was lucky enough to see them three times this particular week, totally unexpectedly, and it was really, really nice. I couldn't believe they, too, drove up to see me dance. They saw me perform years ago at our company holiday party, so Dell says it's nice for them to see how far I've come in my dancing. (And no, I don't have any idea what that look is on Dennis' face!)
