It's April - fun in the wonderful weather!   Sondra at the Zilker Botanical Gardens. Her friend Randi was in town from New York and we (and Lila) went to the gardens one warm afternoon. I wore silly shoes, so I didn't get to hike as much as I'd like, but we had a good time posing in front of the many flowers there. Sondra doesn't like this photo, but I do!   Sondra and Randi. Sondra and Randi have been friends since Sondra worked at Fiesta Texas as a teenager. That's a long time! Randi bought us all Tropical Snows after the hot walk and it TOTALLY HIT THE SPOT. Thanks, Randi!   Lane and I had our annual Easter Egg Coloring Party in April, and we were blessed with marvelous weather after a week of horrible rain - we were also blessed with termites; you can read about it here. Here, Kearson and J9 rest in the hammack. I love J9's sunglasses. They match her tank top perfectly!   Sondra and I squish in the hammack. That hammack was really put through its paces that day.
