My Friends
I am SO LUCKY to have so many good friends. Two of my closest (and most fabulous) friends are Jeaneane (J9) and Sondra. We met years ago through our workplace and found kindred spirits in each other and have been the best of girlfriends ever since. We have dressed up, dressed down, slept over, talked on the phone, hung out, sung songs, cried, laughed and done just about everything you can think of doing together. Even though we no longer work together, we still see each other almost every week, and now that Lila has been born, there's an entirely new dimension to our relationships, as Lila gets to know her Aunties J9 and Sondra.

JR (L) is one of my oldest friends. I like to say that I "got him in the divorce" when I broke up with the girl who introduced us. I think I got the good end of things. :) JR has known me through all kinds of times (and I've known him through just as many) and I love him SO MUCH. His husband Michael (R) and he have been together for almost as long as Lane and I have been married. We enjoyed spending time with them both in Germany when Lane and I spent a month in Europe for our belated honeymoon - no, they weren't with us the entire time. :) Michael is an AMAZING cook and he loves to entertain small dinner parties. He truly LOVES JR and it's nice to see JR happy after all these years. I'm glad they're together!
Tim (L) is a wonderful friend you'll see all over the FAB Photos section. He loves to dress up and go out almost as much as J9 and Sondra and I do! He loves music and dancing and The Simpsons. Knox (center) and his boyfriend Michael (R) are two other good friends. I went to high school with Knox and we've stayed in touch all these years. He and Michael have two Boston Terrier girl pups who are Pitter & Grits' girlfriends. Michael is an amazing artist; I'll try to get some of his work to show you. You can visit their website here.
I have tons of other friends, as you'll see in this site. I would mention them here, but that's just opening myself to trouble, because you KNOW I'd forget someone and then that would be the beginning of a whole can of worms!! Just know that these are only the BASIC FEW players in my life and that I'm blessed and lucky to have so many more.
